Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and assess the physical and emotional needs of patients.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of care delivered.
• Educate patients about post-treatment home care and medication management.
• Maintain exceptional patient rapport and build a supportive environment.
• Document patient assessments, medications, and interventions accurately.
• Engage in continuous personal and professional development through training.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior nursing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting

• Wound Care

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
