Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries and provide appropriate medical advice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
• Postgraduate qualification in Pediatric Care is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in a healthcare environment is essential.
