We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Durban. You will be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe and effective medication use, and supporting our healthcare professionals in optimizing patient outcomes.

• Provide drug information and education to healthcare staff and patients.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Implement protocols for managing adverse drug reactions.
• Conduct medication therapy management sessions with patients.
• Review and process prescription orders for accuracy.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.
• Assist in inventory management and medication procurement.
• Facilitate the resolution of medication-related issues.
