Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
• Initiate referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Support and educate patients in managing their health conditions.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior nursing staff.
• Engage in continuous professional development.
• Assist in administrative duties as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of practice.
• Provide culturally competent care and show sensitivity to diverse populations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing or advanced practice nursing qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
