• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Diploma in Retail Management is advantageous
• Sales Strategy Development Ability to develop effective sales strategies to meet targets.
• Inventory Management Competence in managing stock levels and inventory control.
• Leadership Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Intermediate)
