Responsibilities

• Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform project direction.
• Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for construction.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee the implementation of architectural designs during construction.
• Mentor junior architects and interns to develop their skills and understanding.
• Perform quality control checks on project outputs to maintain design standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to integrate various building systems into your designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to maintain competitiveness.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, particularly in residential projects.
