The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on capital structure, investment strategies, and mergers and acquisitions, providing tailored solutions that meet their financial needs. You will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships while working on high-profile transactions.

Responsibilities

• Performing due diligence on potential investments and acquisitions.
• Presenting complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to clients.
• Facilitating client meetings to discuss investment performance and strategies.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of investments and portfolios.
• Mentoring junior analysts and supporting their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
