We are seeking a skilled Tax Consultant to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities. As a Tax Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients navigate complex tax regulations and achieve financial success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on tax laws to maintain compliance.
• Prepare and file corporate and personal tax returns.
• Provide guidance on payroll tax matters.
• Review client documentation to ensure accurate and complete tax filings.
• Assist in the training of junior tax consultants.
• Implement best practices for tax management within the firm.
• Prepare presentations on tax-related topics for client seminars.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Professional qualification in tax would be beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in taxation or financial consultancy
