Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee and mentor project teams.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Utilize project management software for tracking progress.
• Implement best practices in project management.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and contractors.
• Review and approve project documentation and changes.
• Create and manage risk management plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects
