Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Manager to oversee operations at our Port Elizabeth property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing day-to-day operations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests from check-in to check-out.
  • Guide the team in creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Ensure efficient front desk operations and guest relations.
  • Analyze service feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and special offers.
  • Develop and oversee training programs for new hires.
  • Encourage teamwork and open communication among staff.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Report incidents and emergencies to upper management immediately.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Diploma in Hotel Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury hotel management
