Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with medical staff, and ensuring a comforting environment for patients. Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care strategies.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness strategies, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Document nursing processes and contribute to staff meetings.
• Lead and coordinate patient discharge planning and follow-up care.
• Mentor junior nurses and nursing students during their clinical placements.
• Engage in advocacy for patient-centered care practices.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Specialization in a nursing field (e.g., pediatric, geriatric) is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
