We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a passion for process optimization and a strong background in lean manufacturing principles. You will play a key role in analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative engineering solutions to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes using data analysis.
• Lead projects aimed at reducing production costs while maintaining quality.
• Develop and implement process controls to monitor production performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to enhance product quality and reduce lead times.
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops to engage team members.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration.
• Support project management related to engineering initiatives.
• Analyze supply chain processes to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of experience preferred, especially in a manufacturing environment
