• Negotiate terms and conditions with agents and clients.
• Review and enhance existing underwriting processes for efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and agents.
• Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and pricing strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field
• Higher diploma in underwriting preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in insurance underwriting
