HR Generalist

Job Description

We are on the hunt for an HR Generalist who will contribute to promoting a positive work environment. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, assisting in training initiatives, and addressing employee queries to enhance staff relations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and manage candidate selection processes.
• Advise management on HR policies and best practices.
• Support employee training and development activities.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
• Organize and track compliance training for employees.
• Provide support in conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Coordinate employee surveys and feedback initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in HR is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist
