The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various structures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations and computations to assess designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians in structural engineering principles.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss timelines and deliverables.
• Review contractor work to ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate project updates and challenges.
• Prepare documents for permit applications and regulatory review.
• Implement best practices in construction engineering and management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of project management experience in structural engineering

Technical Skills

• Revit
• SAP2000

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• LEED Green Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of seismic design principles: Experience in designing structures for seismic resistance.
• Prior experience in project management: Experience leading engineering projects from conception to completion.
