Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Public Health Administrator to oversee community health initiatives in Port Elizabeth. This position involves managing health programs, conducting research, and facilitating partnerships with local organizations. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing public health and ensuring quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement health education campaigns for community engagement.
  • Review and evaluate grant proposals for funding health initiatives.
  • Engage with the community to gather feedback on health services.
  • Prepare and present health reports to stakeholders and the public.
  • Serve as a resource for healthcare providers and community leaders.
  • Identify opportunities for professional development and training in public health.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Health Administration
  • Master's degree in Public Health is preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in public health program management
