Job Description

As a UX Designer at Innovative Design Co., you’ll have the opportunity to create stunning interfaces and solutions that prioritize user experience across various platforms. You will work closely with product managers and developers to deliver engaging designs that drive satisfaction and enhance usability.

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling user experiences through user-centered design principles.
• Define and maintain design standards and guidelines across all platforms.
• Conduct competitive analysis and gather research to drive design, enhancing user engagement.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and design retrospectives to foster collaboration.
• Mentor junior designers and assist in the growth of the design team.
• Collaborate on user interface specifications, ensuring clarity of implementation.
• Maintain a timely feedback process with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Explore new tools and technologies to enhance design processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Communication Design, or similar
• Relevant UX certifications are preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design within a tech environment
