UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Innovative Design Co., you’ll have the opportunity to create stunning interfaces and solutions that prioritize user experience across various platforms. You will work closely with product managers and developers to deliver engaging designs that drive satisfaction and enhance usability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define user experience goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs.
• Develop user personas and journey maps based on research findings.
• Ensure design consistency across products while implementing best practices.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to inspire design thinking.
• Communicate design rationale effectively to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Communication Design, or similar
• Relevant UX certifications are preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design within a tech environment
