Job Description

We are seeking an SEO Specialist who is passionate about increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings. You will implement effective strategies to optimize our websites, conduct keyword research, and leverage analytics to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve key SEO metrics including organic traffic and conversions.
• Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Create outreach strategies to secure backlinks.
• Collaborate in the development of digital marketing strategies.
• Ensure all SEO work is in alignment with user experience best practices.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on SEO tactics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content initiatives.
• Review and optimize existing content for better search performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation of SEO processes.
• Analyze and interpret competitor SEO strategies and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
