Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive patient care and managing clinical practices. Ideal candidates should be passionate about patient health and possess strong clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care initiatives and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Utilize clinical skills to assess, plan, and implement treatment protocols.
• Advocate for patient needs and preferences in the healthcare setting.
• Document care delivered and prepare reports as required.
• Liaise with external healthcare providers for patient referrals.
• Engage in community health education and outreach programs.
• Stay current with medical developments and integrate new practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Additional certifications in primary healthcare preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, including at least 2 years in a Nurse Practitioner role
