As a Tax Analyst, you will play a key role in managing our clients' tax requirements. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing tax documents, providing strategic recommendations, and staying updated with tax legislation changes. You will collaborate with a diverse team, contributing to both client satisfaction and the firm’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

• Help mentor junior staff in tax-related topics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CTA (Certificate in the Theory of Accounting) is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning

Technical Skills

• Tax Law Knowledge
• Accounting Software

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• SAIT (South African Institute of Taxation) membership
• Professional Tax Practitioner

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with international tax regulations: Knowledge of tax regulations in other jurisdictions is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems: Knowledge of integrated software solutions for business management.
