Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Retail Manager to oversee our Port Elizabeth location. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute store business plans to meet sales objectives.
  • Monitor customer feedback and adapt operational strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff to ensure high performance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock replenishment processes.
  • Execute in-store promotional activities to drive sales and engage customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for local promotions and community events.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and high standards within the store environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or a related field
  • Master's in Retail Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within retail
