Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and repairing dies used in manufacturing processes while ensuring that all equipment meets required specifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick to fabricate and repair dies.
• Maintain welding equipment and report any malfunction.
• Read and accurately interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure product specifications are met.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss workflow and project progress.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and tools.
• Adjust welding machines based on the job requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in welding or metal fabrication
• Advanced welding certification is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years experience with die welding and manufacturing

• CNC Machining
• Welding Equipment Maintenance

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with surface grinding: Experience in surface grinding and EDM machines.
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment: Experience working in similar production settings.
