Responsibilities

• Conduct regression testing and performance testing to ensure stability.
• Work alongside product managers to define quality standards and metrics.
• Utilize testing tools effectively to enhance automation.
• Engage in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues.
• Keep up with current testing trends and tools to improve testing efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior QA team members.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools.
• Participate in sprint planning and provide testing estimates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Qualifications in software testing or QA certification are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance
