Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, able to build relationships with clients, and drive sales through effective marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing property listings and guiding clients through the buying/selling process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Participate in promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the buying/selling process.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative listing presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Foster partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Real Estate Certification required

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales

Certifications

• Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
