Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing large-scale construction efforts in Johannesburg. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, budget enforcement, and client communication, all while ensuring the highest safety standards are upheld. You will also lead a dedicated team of construction professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage all aspects of construction projects.
  • Assure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
  • Manage and mentor field staff on technical and operational challenges.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and testing.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status and performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
