Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with academic institutions and healthcare organizations.
• Manage budget and resources for research projects.
• Analyze trial results and report findings to upper management.
• Draft grant proposals to secure funding for innovative projects.
• Assist in developing strategic plans for future research endeavors.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies for project approvals.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent in medical field
• Relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a research-related role

Certifications

• Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Certification
• ISO 14155 Certification for Clinical Trials
