Allied Health Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Therapist who will be responsible for implementing therapeutic programs aimed at improving patient health and wellbeing. You'll work closely with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans and monitor progress to ensure optimal treatment results.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs.
• Create and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and outcomes.
• Work collectively with a team of healthcare providers.
• Advise patients and caregivers on health management.
• Foster relationships to encourage rehabilitation participation.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and quality improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related discipline
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years experience in relevant allied health roles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in First Aid and CPR: Current certification is highly desirable for emergency situations.
