Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Registered with the South African Nursing Council

Experience

• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Wound Care
• Vital Sign Monitoring

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Basic

Advantageous

• Previous leadership experience: Experience in a supervisory or lead nursing role.
• Training or mentorship experience: Ability to train and mentor junior nursing staff.
