Job Description

As an Architect at our Cape Town office, you will leverage your design expertise to oversee architectural projects from conception to completion. Collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders are key to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects and ensure aesthetic and functional quality throughout all phases.
• Interact with clients to determine their needs and communicate the design process.
• Produce conceptual sketches and designs and translate them into digital models.
• Review proposals and contracts for accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate with contractors and regulatory inspectors on modifications and compliance.
• Evaluate the environmental impact of designs and promote sustainable practices.
• Foster collaboration between various teams for effective project delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field

Experience

• 7+ years of experience with a strong portfolio.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Building Codes Knowledge

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
