• Prepare and maintain documentation of system configurations.
• Perform updates and security patches on VoIP systems.
• Assist in evaluating VoIP hardware and software options.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant diploma or degree in Telecommunications or IT
• Advanced VoIP certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in VoIP technology support
