Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Dentist to join our growing team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, treatments, and preventive care for our patients. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the health and wellbeing of our community.

Responsibilities

  • Perform dental diagnostics and preventative care.
  • Manage dental procedures, including cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics.
  • Provide patient education about treatments and oral care.
  • Maintain and update patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for interdisciplinary care.
  • Participate in community dental health initiatives.
  • Monitor and ensure sterilization and cleanliness of instruments.
  • Assess needs for further patient referrals to specialists.
  • Uphold a friendly and reassuring clinic environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
  • Postgraduate training is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in dental practice
