Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Integrate feedback from testing into product design.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering role

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with FEA software: Proficient in Finite Element Analysis for design validation and optimization.
