Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team in Durban. This role involves working closely with clients to develop tailored rehabilitation plans aimed at enhancing their daily living skills and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to promoting occupational health and will have a keen understanding of various therapeutic techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate clients' activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on skill development.
  • Work in collaboration with psychologists, physiotherapists, and other specialists.
  • Engage in professional development activities and maintain licensure.
  • Support clients in goal-setting and progress tracking.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Master's degree in related field is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in occupational therapy practice
