Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Podiatrist who has the skill to perform both surgical and non-surgical treatments for lower limb disorders. You will engage with patients and ensure their journey towards recovery is smooth and supportive.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough examinations and foot health assessments.
  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons when necessary for patient referrals.
  • Administer wound care and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
  • Engage with patients about their treatment options and provide education.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in podiatric care through continuous education.
  • Participate in team meetings to plan patient care strategies.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff and interns in the department.
  • Develop a good rapport with patients to promote their trust and satisfaction.
  • Utilize EMR systems to document patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
  • Encourage feedback from patients to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Podiatry or similar field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Podiatric Surgery is advantageous
Experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in podiatric surgery
