Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will be integral to our healthcare delivery. You'll conduct patient assessments, provide direct care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. We are looking for someone who is proactive, empathetic, and committed to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and develop individualized care strategies.

• Participate in continuing education to stay current with nursing practices.
• Implement infection control measures to maintain patient safety.
• Facilitate communication among healthcare providers.
• Assist with emergency procedures as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with nursing regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Medication Administration
• Patient Assessment

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Flexibility

Certifications

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends: Flexibility to accommodate the needs of the healthcare facility.
• Specialization in Pediatrics or Geriatrics: Experience or training relating to specific patient demographics.
