We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, with a passion for defending against cyber threats. This role involves monitoring systems for security breaches, investigating incidents, and implementing security improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and investigate cybersecurity incidents.
• Implement security improvements based on assessment results.
• Assist in developing a disaster recovery plan.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders for security assessments.
• Manage security tools and technologies effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• Certification in Ethical Hacking is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity roles
