Job Description

Looking for a skilled Investment Banker in Durban to manage client relationships and provide strategic financial advice. This role requires expertise in preparing financial models and conducting market research to deliver high-quality presentations to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements in investment banking transactions.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and analytical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all transactions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and partners.
  • Provide guidance on financial structuring and execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry players.
  • Coordinate with legal and accounting teams to finalize deals.
  • Present findings and financial recommendations to the executive team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in capital markets or corporate finance
