Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be involved in designing, implementing, and overseeing clinical trials that contribute to groundbreaking healthcare research. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected during trials, playing a vital role in advancing medical knowledge and treatment options.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GCP and relevant regulatory guidelines throughout the trial.
• Conduct regular audits of trial sites and processes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on trial progress to stakeholders.
• Analyze data trends and report findings to the project manager.
• Support the preparation of publication materials for study findings.
• Be proactive in identifying training needs for site staff.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications regarding trial developments.
• Manage budgets and timelines effectively for trials.
• Support ethical submissions and maintain relationships with ethics boards.
• Develop risk management strategies for ongoing clinical studies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field
• Master's degree in Clinical Research is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience with clinical studies management

• Data Analysis Techniques
