• Monitor client feedback and adjust services accordingly.
• Promote client loyalty through excellent service.
• Assist in training junior staff and interns.
• Manage social media content to enhance online presence.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aesthetic Therapy or related field
• Advanced certifications in skincare preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in aesthetic treatments
