Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Continuously improve personal training methods based on client feedback.
Offer advice on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Build rapport with clients to enhance retention.
Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
Requirements
Education
Certification in Personal Training or related field
Degree in Sports Science is advantageous
Experience
2+ years of experience in personal training or fitness instruction
