The Failure Analysis Engineer will play a crucial role in investigating and identifying the root causes of failures in products or systems. The role involves conducting various tests and analyses, requiring a keen attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze failure data and trends to identify root causes.
• Generate compliance documentation consistent with industry standards.
• Engage in cross-disciplinary teamwork to enhance product designs.
• Facilitate technical discussions and presentations to share findings.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving quality and reliability.
• Utilize statistical analysis techniques to interpret data.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, with specific expertise in failure analysis and reliability.

Technical Skills

• Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Software
• Data Interpretation

Certifications
