Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing structures to determine their load-bearing capacity.
  • Develop strategies to repair or upgrade outdated or damaged structures.
  • Implement innovative design solutions that adhere to sustainability practices.
  • Supervise the work of technicians and drafters.
  • Ensure all project documentation is completed and maintained accurately.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and codes to ensure compliance.
  • Provide training and support to staff on structural engineering practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering is an advantage
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in structural engineering
