Job Description

Join our creative team as an Architect in Cape Town. You will collaborate with engineers and designers to develop architectural drawings, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design phase of projects from initial conception to completion.
• Develop innovative and practical architectural ideas.
• Prepare construction drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with local government on planning proposals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Evaluate the environmental impact of designs.
• Prepare reports on project progress for management.
• Review plans and proposals from subcontractors.
• Ensure all project changes are documented.
• Conduct presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in architectural practice

Technical Skills

• Revit
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• Green Building Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
