Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot testing of new processes.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to meet product specifications.
• Train junior engineers and technicians on process optimization.
• Implement cost-effective solutions to enhance production efficiency.
• Document and present findings to stakeholders and management.
• Engage with suppliers for sourcing materials and technologies.
• Participate in safety audits and improve safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• Master's in Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical process engineering
