Job Description

We are looking for an AI Data Trainer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for training AI algorithms, curating datasets, and ensuring optimal data quality in our machine learning projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data training processes for AI models.
• Evaluate and refine datasets to ensure high-quality inputs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance data strategies.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance during data handling.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for data quality.
• Provide training support to other team members.
• Prepare presentations on data findings for internal stakeholders.
• Document lessons learned and insights for future projects.
• Contribute to the improvement of data architecture and flow.
• Engage with external partners for data sourcing and sharing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science or related field
• Master's degree is an asset

Experience

• 3+ years in a data-driven role or machine learning field

Technical Skills

• R Programming

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
