Responsibilities

• Administer skin treatments, including microdermabrasion and laser therapy.
• Evaluate customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Assist in marketing events and promotions for spa services.
• Manage product inventory and retail sales.
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss service improvements.
• Develop personalized skincare regimens for clients.

Requirements

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills

• Laser Treatments

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
