Responsibilities
Assess clients' mental health through interviews, observations, and psychometric testing.
Develop treatment protocols tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote healing and group dynamics.
Evaluate treatment efficacy and report findings to healthcare teams.
Work alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
Function as a support resource for clients and their families.
Engage in community outreach programs to raise mental health awareness.
Provide mentorship to interns and new team members.
Requirements
Education
Doctorate in Psychology or related field
Experience
7+ years of experience in clinical settings, with specialized training in mental health
