Job Description

We are seeking skilled Structural Iron and Steel Workers to be part of our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work from blueprints and designs to produce high-quality steel products.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate steel structures ensuring all products are built to specifications.
• Participate in the maintenance of equipment to ensure safe operations.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Maintain diligent records of work performed and materials used.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Trade Test qualification in welding or fabrication
• Further qualifications in structural engineering is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in steel fabrication.
