Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Perform structural analysis and design as required.
• Develop engineering specifications for construction.
• Conduct quality control inspections on-site.
• Advocate for sustainable engineering practices.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Document all phases of project development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

Technical Skills

• Civil Engineering Software
• Surveying

Certifications

• Registered Professional Engineer
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
