Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive healthcare services in Durban. You will play a pivotal role in patient assessment, diagnosis, and management, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients within the scope of practice.
• Manage chronic disease and promote patient adherence to treatment.
• Engage in community health outreach and education.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and care plans thoroughly.
• Support patient referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Contribute to clinical research opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
